A beautiful class perfect for Mums-to-be in their second and third trimester and a great lead in to my Prenatal Yoga & Birth Course.

Classes are held at The Nesting Place Studio in Woonona

Upcoming class dates:

Tuesdays 10th October – 7th November
When: 5:45 – 6:45pm

Cost: $100 for 5 week block (secures your place for the duration of the term)

* please note, you need to be past your first trimester to attend

Yoga is a system of techniques for balancing the body, mind and spirit through relaxation, exercises, postures, breathing and meditation. Many Mums-to-be are attracted to prenatal yoga for the first time during their pregnancy. Our classes are beneficial for both those new to yoga and experienced yogis. Regardless of what stage of pregnancy or level of fitness you are at, every woman can gain from our classes.
