Join me to stretch, strengthen, relax and prepare your mind and body for labour, birth and new motherhood.
Each week we will spend 90 minutes together for a gentle prenatal yoga practice, discussion on a topic surrounding pregnancy, preparation for labour, birth, new motherhood, tea and a sharing circle.
A beautiful class to help you tap into your innate wisdom, connect with other like-minded Mamas-to-be, feel relaxed and prepared.
Some of the topics we will discuss/what we will practice during the term include: active birth positions, creating a birth plan, importance of relaxation, meditation and visualisation, comfort measures for labour, breathing techniques, optimal foetal positioning, building physical & mental strength, yoga nidra, fear releasing, building your postpartum village, breastfeeding a newborn, essential oils, Ayurvedic nutrition for pregnancy and more.
These classes aren’t just suitable for first time mamas-to-be, but equally beneficial for those who are in their second or subsequent pregnancies and want to feel relaxed, connected and empowered for pregnancy, birth and new mamahood!

Investment: $250 for 10 week term, or paid in 2 installments – $150 for first 5 weeks paid at time of booking, second payment for the next 5 weeks due by the 4th week of term.
* please note, you need to be past 13 weeks to attend. Classes suitable right through to the end of your pregnancy.

Yoga is a system of techniques for balancing the body, mind and spirit through relaxation, exercises, postures, breathing and meditation. Many Mums-to-be are attracted to yoga for the first time during their pregnancy.
